Mr. C Y LeungConvenor of Executive Council, HKSARHe is a Fellow of both The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.Mr. Leung is also a Member of the Commission on Strategic Development, Member and Chairman of the Council, Lingnan University and Member of the Advisory Board, China Business Centre, Hong Kong Polytechnic University.Mr. Leung is also the Chairman of the One Country Two Systems Research Institute and Honorary Advisor to the Leading Group, Shanghai Government on Land Reform.
