Mr. Leung joined Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo in 1989 and became a Partner in 1997.

Mr. Leung obtained his Bachelor Degree of Laws in 1988 and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 1989 from the University of Hong Kong.He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1991 and subsequently in England in 1994.

Mr. Leung has participated in numerous listings of and acquisitions of H Share companies and red chip companies, and is experienced in corporate finance, acquisitions and listing matters.He is also the Company Secretary of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, and the Honorary Legal Advisor of HKU Alumni Association for China Study Limited.
