Brian Leung, Technical Program Lead
Brian Leung is the Technical Program Lead at eHealth Collaboratory, working out of the Toronto office.Brian brings over 10 years of experience leading, managing, and planning the design and development of mission critical information technology-based business strategies and solutions.
Prior to joining eHealth Collaboratory, Brian has consulting experience with Sapient, OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc. and Sybase Professional Services, along with entrepreneurial experience with the startup, MedExact Inc., in the pharmaceutical/healthcare market.
Brian has led and managed projects and programs for clients ranging from Insurance Bureau of Canada, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Union Gas, Elections Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Bank of Montreal, Laidlaw, Royal Trust and others.These engagements involved IT Strategy/Planning, Application Delivery/Development, and Application Maintenance/Support.
Brian has a B.A.Sc., Electrical Engineering with a Management Science option, from the University of Waterloo.Brian holds a pending software patent in the 'Serialization and De-serialization of eXtensible Markup Language within Relational Database Management Systems'.Brian is also a 'Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE Technology' and a 'Sybase Certified Professional'.
