    Orville Lee Mr. Lee is the Founder and President of Pathfinder Youth Home. He has been a youth worker with the Holly-burn Family Services that provides one-on-one mentor with Community Living in British Columbia. He organized various sports camps for the YMCA and other community partners. He has changed the lives of many youth, youths looking for opportunities or otherwise would have dropped out of school, became homeless or had problems with the judicial system. Before becoming a youth worker, Mr. Lee was a player for the Canadian Football League, he won the Schenley Award in 1988 for most outstanding rookie in the league.
