Mark D. Ledoux
Mark Ledoux joined Burr Wolff in 2000 and is a Manager for the Sales and Use Tax Recovery & Consulting Eastern Region.He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Assumption College , a Masters of Business Administration from Anna Maria College and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University.
Mark is responsible for managing all aspects of sales and use tax engagements including overpayment reviews , audit defense , managed audits , managed compliance agreements and systems and procedures reviews.
Mark brings to Burr Wolff over 20 years of tax experience.Prior to joining Burr Wolff , Mark was with Digital Equipment Corp. for over 15 years.He served as U.S. Capital Assets Manager , U.S. Tax Compliance Manager , U.S. Strategic Planning Manager and finally as U.S. Tax Audit Manager.He performed a variety of functions at Digital including re-engineering Digital's sales and use tax compliance audit process and managing all aspects of Digital's sales and use tax audits and personal property tax compliance processes for all states and local jurisdictions.
Mark is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation ( IPT ) and was the recipient of numerous key achievement awards during his tenure at Digital.
