Alain Ledoux new Chief of transtec‘s French Operations
Alain Ledoux, the new head of transtec‘s French subsidiary, sees room for growth
Tuebingen, 1 August, 2005.Alain Ledoux took responsibility of transtec's French subsidiary on 22 July.Ledoux, thirty-seven and with a masters in business administration, replaces Sabine Mille, who was interim manager in France and who will remain in charge of sales there.

Mr Ledoux studied business administration in Belfort and has a thorough grasp of IT marketing.He has held a variety of positions at French hardware and software firms and this experience has provided him with a broad knowledge of sales, marketing, purchasing, budgeting and personnel.His last position was as C.E.O. of LMID, a wholesaler located in the east of France, whose annual turnover rose, during Mr Ledoux's tenure, to 31 mil euro.
Looking to the future, Alain Ledoux said, "I see great opportunities for transtec in France during the coming years.Our very competitive products should enable us to play a much greater role there than in the past.Our experience and our broad product palette, which ranges from laptops and Business PCs to NAS and cluster systems, are the trump cards that will enable us to win customers among small-to-medium sized businesses."
Ertu Uysal, member of the management board at transtec, views the appointment of Mr Ledoux as heralding the roll out of a new marketing strategy in Europe.
