On a sunny Saturday afternoon, you can find Paul playing a challenging round of golf or enjoying time with his children in his pool.But, don't be fooled into thinking that Paul's days are loaded with spare time.

Paul was named Branch President of The Horton Group's Arizona office in January 2007 and quickly dove into his responsibilities."I oversee all facets of the office in Arizona, including handling a large block of clients," Paul said."I enjoy consulting with my clients on a full range of employee benefit options."

Paul is driven to go above and beyond for his clients."I conduct annual market reviews of my client's plans to make sure they are receiving the quality service and accurate pricing they have come to expect," Paul said."The day-to-day attention given to our clients is proof-positive that we are advocates for them."Paul is a firm believer that The Horton Group separates itself from the pack."The client resources that we bring to the table and the level of expertise that our staff provides clearly differentiates us from other agencies," Paul explained.

Paul grew up 90 miles southwest of Chicago in Ottawa, Illinois, but currently makes his home in Peoria Arizona, a sun-kissed suburb of Phoenix.He enjoys spending time with his family, involvement within his church and playing golf with his children, friends and business clients.

Paul Ledbetter is Branch President with the Horton Benefit Solutions Division in Scottsdale, AZ.He is an expert in providing organizations with advice in employee benefit planning and procurement.He is responsible for new account development and providing a high level of service to existing clients.

Paul has more than 18 years of experience in the employee benefits field.Prior to joining Horton, he was the President of a benefits firm in Kankakee, Illinois.He worked as an insurance carrier representative for nine years, including five years with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois.

Paul obtained his RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) and REBC (Registered Employee Benefits Consultant) designations from The American College.He is a graduate of Wheaton College in Illinois and holds a degree in Social Science and Secondary Education.He taught American History and Government at a private high school near Detroit, Michigan before making a transition to the insurance industry in 1989.Paul lives in Peoria, AZ with his wife and three children.
