Elizabeth LeBrunElizabeth serves as the Program Coordinator for The Professional Dairy Heifer Grower,s Association and the Missouri Dairy Association.Her work includes writing and editing the monthly Heard in the Hutch national newsletter and the Missouri Dairy Update newsletter, as well as the creation of client communications including brochures and press releases.

Before joining Drake & Company, Elizabeth served as the Public Affairs Coordinator for the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®, working with legislators in 92 municipalities.She holds honors degrees in Print Journalism and Public Relations/Speech Communications from Indiana State University, and is an active member of The Public Relations Society of America.Elizabeth enjoys not-for-profit volunteering including service on the public relations and event-planning committees for the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments.

Ms. LeBrun stated that the St. Louis Association of Realtors was not made aware of these changes until she saw them in September.She added that the time limit will make more work for City Hall.

Councilmember Hendel stated that she thinks the vision was to permit the sign, and then that sign is good for five years; it is not that every time it goes in a yard, it gets a new permit.
