   Holy Family priest David LeBlanc admitted to sexually abusing the boy in Muskegon in 1971, according to Bishop Walter Hurley.

   Senior Pastor, David Leblanc, invited the design team from the Century Group to visit his church for consulting purposes and requested ideas as to sign designs that would best serve the church's needs.
   
   After ideas were exchanged and various design drawings and sample submittals were provided to the church project committee, Pastor Leblanc stated that he wanted his sign manufactured of precast concrete, but a design that would offer a different look and have curb appeal.
