Aaron L. Lebedow has been involvedin the merger and acquisition field, focusing on the development of a series of niche consolidations within a diverse number of industry areas, a subject upon which he has written and spoken extensively.Prior to entering this field, he was Chairman and Co-Founder of Technomic Consultants International (TCI), a global marketing consulting firm serving Fortune 500 and equivalent multi-national entities within a series of strategic market planning disciplines.Through these domestic and international consulting programs, he concentrated on acquisitions/divestitures and new product/competitive/market assessments.Mr. Lebedow's primary responsibility included the identification and evaluation of acquisition prospects within numerous industry segments.Headquartered in Chicago, TCI was a global Company with offices in London, Geneva, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City.He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan.
