Mr. Lebedoff serves of counsel to Gray Plant Mooty practicing in the areas of business and administrative law.He has served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota, and as a Regent of the University of Minnesota from 1977 to 1989, the last two years as chair.He is experienced as a lead negotiator in major projects involving public-private partnerships, e.g., the agreements in Anoka County and Dakota County with private contractors to construct their waste-management facilities.

He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in 1960.He received his LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1963.
