ALEX LEBEDINSKI

Mr. Lebedinski concentrates his practice in the areas of health care law, real estate law, business and corporate transactions, business immigration and international law.

Experience:

As part of his practice, Alex advises physicians on issues relating to State and Federal regulations, including HIPAA and STARK II, forms business entities and develops successful business planning strategies, prepares commercial and residential real-estate documents, and assists our business clients with their workforce immigration needs.

While in law school, Alex was the Vice President of his class, was on the Moot Court Board of Directors, and was selected to The Order of the Barrister.

Alex is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian languages and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.

Mr. Lebedinski assists international and U.S. companies, both established and start-ups, with selecting and obtaining appropriate employment visas and employment-based permanent residence for foreign nationals.He advises clients on applicable visa restrictions and assists employers with compliance issues.He develops and implements strategies for sponsoring family members for permanent residence based on marriage or other family ties, prepares joint and individual petitions to remove conditions on permanent residence, fiancé petitions, applications for naturalization and other related matters.
