    Prior to her career in law, Ms. LeBar was human resources professional for twelve years.During her tenure at the Delaware Attorney General's office, she taught in a graduate school program for Wilmington College in Wilmington Delaware in both its MBA and MPA programs, including classes in business and employment law courses as well as Administrative, Insurance and Health law.Ms. LeBar speaks nationally and writes articles on various health laws, licensing, and regulatory.
