   Britt has spent the past twelve years recruiting, hiring, training and building cohesive professional services work teams with industry leading services and software applications technology firms. Britt served ten years as Vice President of Operations for the Charlotte, NC region with a leading southeast regional facilities management services provider. Responsibilities included the recruitment and development of an operations and business development team in excess of 300 employees.
   
   Prior to joining Sales Consultants of Concord, Inc. as President and CEO, Britt served as Vice President and Director of Professional Services at AvidXchange, an industry leading e-commerce and software applications solutions provider. Britt was responsible for the development and overall operations of a start-up technology Professional Services team.
   
   Britt received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Medical Center Foundation and the Cabarrus County Boys and Girls Club. Britt is a Deacon with First Presbyterian Church of Concord.
   
   Britt, his wife Kimberly and two sons, Collier and Hayes, reside in Concord, North Carolina.

   Britt has spent the past eight years as an Account Executive and Vice President of Operations with a leading southeast regional facilities management services provider. Most recently, as the Vice President of the Charlotte, NC region for The Budd Group, Britt was responsible for ongoing operations, business development and administration of a fully functional branch office. This regional operation provided commercial landscape, security guard and janitorial services to leading real estate firms and property operators throughout the region. Britt received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
