  From 1991 - 2001, Mr. Leach was highly successful with a large personnel agency.He specialized in Information Technology (I/T) "direct-hire" recruiting.Mr. Leach had a successful track record in exceeding established sales targets and earned "# 1" in annual sales for seven consecutive years.The National Association of Personnel Consultants qualified him as a Certified Personnel Consultant in 1998.He has placed over 300 "direct hire" I/T candidates with over 60 different client firms in Pennsylvania.
  
  Mr. Leach resides in Gettysburg Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
