Leach said she hopes the business park will serve as a hub for other extreme-sports businesses.The park will include 430 storage spaces as well as office space for future tenants.

Despite receiving lucrative offers - including free land - from cities in Arizona and Texas, Brandie Leach said the company decided to stay in Riverside County.
"My father and I didn't want to move away from Southern California," she said.

From the color scheme to the interior, the boats are custom built and range in price from $75,000 to $800,000, Leach said.
