Bradford Leach is the Director of Acquisitions.In his role, Mr. Leach is responsible for the purchase of property for development, all acquisitions of existing cash producing properties and all research for the markets in which the Company prefers to do business.

Prior to joining Meer Capital Partners, Mr. Leach was a Vice President for Trammell Crow Company, a large national real estate services company and was responsible for the lease and marketing of over 6.5 million square feet of property in downtown Los Angeles.Prior to this assignment, Mr. Leach worked as a real estate broker for a competitor firm.

Mr. Leach holds a California Real Estate Broker's License, is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's of Arts in International Relations and remains active in the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
