Bob joined the Company in 1990 as a part-time field service technician while attending the University of Akron for Electronic Technology.Two years later, he began working full-time and enhanced his electrical trade with training programs sponsored by G.A. Braun.Bob's promotion to the newly created supervisor position for field service came in 1996.Since then, he has continued to develop his career path successfully leading the SignatureSERVICE team.Helping to instill new strengths that mobilize and focus the Company's energy and resources is where Bob is invaluable.In 2002, he initiated plan and review meetings that allow the organization to consistently accomplish jobs successfully and provide corrective action to strengthen any potential weaknesses found.The sales and service teams share a mutual responsibility for promoting value through quality to achieve business excellence."The quality of any product or service and the management systems in place to assure it, are key elements to the success of our organization.Our aim is to empower the SignatureSERVICE and sales team to meet changing workplace demands and new challenges whenever they arise."Bob continued supervisory training with American Management Association programs.He and his wife Tina reside in Ravenna, Ohio with their two children.
