Obtaining a defense judgment for a hospital company in an ERISA action brought by participants alleging breach of fiduciary duty by the company's administrative committee due to their continued investment in company stock in the wake of certain investigations into the company's billing practices. Mr. Larson is a member of the American and Nashville Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association and is a former member of both the Harry Phillips and the Hamilton Burnett Inns of Court.He is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.

    Mr. Larson joined the firm in 1995 and was named a Member in 2003.He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in business administration and magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was chair of the Moot Court Board and a member of the National Moot Court team, which advanced to the National Quarter Finals.Mr. Larson was honored as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.
