Y-PEP Inc. started in 1995 by Paula Lane.Paula originally started the company from her home.She had planned events for a consulting company and decided that she would try planning events on her own.She went back to College to get a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.She knew she was very detailed orientated and that was key in becoming a top notch event coordinator.Anyone who has ever been responsible for a successful event knows that deciding the who, what, where, and when of the event is an exercise in creativity and planning.Managing travel, activities, caterers, entertainment, negotiating contracts, and sweating the details requires great management skills; Paula knew that few people possessed the skill to produce a quality event.Over the years, as Y-PEP has grown, Paula has assembled and trained a highly effective staff that is very creative in their own right.They are eminently capable of managing your event, and also shares her passion for making your event special, memorable, and cost effective.Most of Paula's staff has been with the company for the entire 12 years.Word of mouth has become our biggest marketing tool, thanks to not only our dedicated staff but repeat clients.
