Paul Lane

Paul Lane has joined Charcon as its new manufacturing manager.

Based at its head office, Hulland Ward, Paul has a national remit and is responsible for the manufacturing process at Charcon's nine UK factories, their production quality, environmental policies and health & safety procedures.His appointment will result in maximised efficiency throughout Charcon's factories being achieved and the facilitation of further new and existing product development.

Prior to joining Charcon, Paul spent 20 years at Ibstock in a variety of roles on the production side.He has experience of single and multi site management and both semi dry and wet cast manufacturing methods.
