With a career beginning at Deloittes, and spanning 11 years, Paul was seconded to start up a new branch office of the firm in Sale (country Victoria) where he spent 4 years, achieving growth beyond budget.During this period Paul became part owner of a timber and hardware business with a turnover of around $1.5m.For over 23 years now, Paul has actively been involved as a business owner and board member of many businesses providing him with an in-depth understanding of business and the issues facing Small and Medium Enterprises.

Throughout his time at Deloittes, Paul also focused on the operation of Businesses for and on behalf of the Banks.Responsible for the management of the security of the Bank's Assets, he was involved in assessing business strengths and weaknesses and providing detailed reports to the Bank in relation to their security position.Paul's in-depth experience in the banking industry provides clients with invaluable insight into their commercial viability and ensures that both the financial and commercial future development of the business is possible.His business management experience includes finance application success for future growth and development and business valuations in support of acquisition or disposal.

Paul commenced as General Manager at Lettens in 1994, and was subsequently appointed as a Director in July 2004.Since these appointments, Paul has been involved in the restructure, growth, and cultural change of a dynamic group whose business interests include Manufacturing, Professional Services, Hospitality and Retail.In addition he oversees the management of a projects portfolio of over $350 million.The knowledge he has gained from his Chartered and Commercial experience gives Paul an extremely well balanced view of business today.
