Keith Landry should be avoided. After reeducation he has been "technically" reintegrated into society, but it's best not to take unnecessary chances. For God's sake don't ever give him Gatorade, or it could be the end of life as we know it. Keith has been a member of the club since 2003. He has raced most distances and completed Ironman Canada twice. He works as a Ground System Analyst at the Canadian Space Agency and is responsible for distributing information to the members of the MTC.
