Deborah Landis, Development Coordinator

As Development Coordinator of the Chicago Bar Foundation, Deborah Landis is responsible for building and maintaining awareness in the community of the CBF and its mission.Landis oversees the Chicago Bar Foundation's database, special events and marketing activities, including the Annual Fall Benefit and the Pro Bono and Public Service Awards Luncheon.In addition, she works with the CBF's development director and marketing and development committee to further the Foundation's goals.

While working with the Iowa Coordinated Campaign, she directed the campaign in the state's Fifth Congressional District, acted a liaison between state, county and local leadership and led the region to its best ever performance in a non-presidential election cycle.

Landis also has worked with FieldWorks, a grassroots political consulting firm, as a campaign coordinator for a variety of clients.Her experience includes nationwide and statewide campaigns in both the political and private arenas.She designed and implemented Get Out The Vote strategy and materials resulting in record voter turnout, responded to thousands of questions regarding the voter registration and voter participation, and promoted her clients at dozens of events to increase registration and voter participation.

Landis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a concentration in International Relations from Cornell University.She resides in Chicago.
