    David Landis, Park Ranger for Canal Campground in Grand Rivers, KY, began his career with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District while he was a college student in 1994 at Dale Hollow Lake in Celina, TN.Mr. Landis began full time Park Ranger trainee status in 1995 and secured the position of Environmental Protection Specialist at Lake Barkley, Grand Rivers, KY in 2002.Mr. Landis currently serves as the Park's Project Campground and Recreation Administrator as well as Coordinator for the National Recreation Reservation Service Program and the Park's volunteer program.His responsibilities include environmental compliance and analyses, environmental protection of cultural and historical resources, and project safety operations.
