   Michael Landgarten, owner of Roberts Maine Grill and Bob's Clam Hut, said he is on board with the project.
   
   He has already paved one parking lot in what he called a geo-web style, which uses a honeycomb of crushed stone to filter rainwater as it drains through the ground and into the creek.
   
   Landgarten said he plans to pave the other parking lot in the same way.
   
   "I don't know if there's any return on investment from the business side of things, but it won't be too long before this kind of stuff is legislated.But I know I like to look at the creek several times a day, and I wouldn't want to be right next to a heavily polluted river," Landgarten said.
