D.W. Landers has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.The majority of this experience is concentrated in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and property and asset management, including office and apartment properties.

As the co-founder of Gaedeke Landers, he built the company from 15 properties and 55 employees to 31 properties and over 130 employees.He was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's 5.3+ million square feet of office properties.Mr. Landers also co-founded GLV Realty Advisors, a full service tenant representation company.

He directed the acquisition of over $560 million in equity for the purchase of office buildings and apartments as well as the development of a 282,000 square foot Class A office building in Nashville, Tennessee.

Prior to co-founding Gaedeke Landers in 1995, Landers was Partner, President and Chief Operating Officer of Performance Properties Corporation, which sold and managed over 30,000 apartment units for both U.S. and foreign investors.In his 16 years with Performance Properties, he directed the acquisition of over $250 million in apartment properties as well as being the General Partner for several apartment and shopping center syndications.

Landers holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and has held a Texas Real Estate License since 1979.
