Abbey Lamb

Achievements- Abbey Lamb, a sophomore majoring in aquatic and marine biology and art at Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., received awards for her art in the Stetson University Juried Student Art Exhibition in November. She received an Award of Distinction for an oil on canvas abstract, and a Dean of Arts & Sciences Purchase Award was given for a mixed media piece. The purchased art will be part of Stetson's permanent art collection, and will be displayed in the university's new science building. Lamb is a 2007 graduate of Menchville High School and the daughter of George and Nancy Lamb.
