Dr. A. Wayne Lacy has been Southeast Region Vice President since 1998.Among his accomplishments as a Regional Vice President are instituting regional e-mail newsletters and sub-regional (area) conferences.For the current triennium, he is serving on the National Chapter Relations Committee and the Strengthening Workgroup.A charter member of the Auburn University Montgomery Chapter, Lacy has held several chapter officer positions including Treasurer, President Elect, President, and Past President.Lacy earned a B.S. and M.A. in Economics from Auburn University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Iowa State University.
