Mr. Alexander Kulikov

Mr. Alexander Kulikov is our legal counsel.Mr. Kulikov's practice areas include Civil and Commercial Law, Employment Law, International Business Transactions, International Trade Law, Tax Law, Banking and Finance, Real Property Law, Litigation and Arbitration.

Mr. Kulikov received a Diploma in Law with Honors from Moscow State University named after Lomonosov (MGU) in 2001.He is currently studying for a Ph.D. degree at Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation.

His professional experience includes working as an in-house legal counsel at a famous Russian trading company.Mr. Kulikov consulted foreign clients on employment law, currency control law, tax law, international trade and international business law, represented clients in international business transactions, worked on structuring joint-venture companies for foreign clients, assisted clients in transactions involving purchase and lease of real property, and represented clients in arbitration courts and in civil courts of general jurisdiction.

Mr. Kulikov speaks fluent English, and he has a good command of German.
