DocuForms, listed as one of the fastest-growing distributors in Print Solutions' Top 100, grew 25.7 percent in 2003 with $13.1 million in sales.It is not far from Ennis' DeWitt, Iowa, facility, so Ennis invited everyone from DocuForms for the giveaway celebration, and several co-workers joined Kruse for the party.
