Allison is the Owner & Director of World Yoga Healing Arts Center, as well as a Certified Kid's Yoga Instructor, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master.She is deeply committed to working with energy to manifest wholeness, harmony, love, and wellness on the planet.Allison offers guided meditation, hypnotherapy, energy sessions, kid's yoga classes, private kid's sessions, and much more.She is dedicated to becoming self-aware and is empowered by her deep love for the planet.Through encouraging others to access their own inner wisdom, Allison intends to honor the highest good of all beings.

Allison's yoga for kid's classes embrace the expressiveness of children, encourage imagination and creativity, and are intended to build healthy self-esteem in young ones.As a children's yoga instructor, Allison intends to embody the yogic principles of compassion, non-violence, self-acceptance, and peaceful resolution.She believes that demonstrating compassion teaches children how to communicate with kindness and understanding."To build a peaceful world community, our children must be treated with respect, compassion, and understanding.They must be able to express themselves freely, for when we shut down the creativity of children, we stifle our own future."Allison is passionate about providing a safe, welcoming space for children to explore & express the power of their imagination.
