Marguerette Kruschwitz, 87, of Cottage Grove passed away June 3, 2007 of age related causes.He was born January 20, 1920 in Pocahontas, Arkansas to Ed and Cory (Rogers) Jackson.She grew up and attended school in Pocahontas.She lived in Michigan ; Illinois; Laughlin, Nevada; Kingman, Arizona; and Cottage Grove for a number of years.She could do any job to make a living.She was a survivor.At one point, she worked for Al Capone.She liked roulette, good garage sales, cooking (especially southernstyle ), and she enjoyed caring for her family.She is survived by 3 sons, Steven Vinson and Danny Jackson, both of Bend, Marshall Vincent of Arizona, 8 daughters, Ginger of Michigan, Kitty Berry of Cottage Grove, Sandra Presley of Eugene, Jackie Dressler of Illinois , Aloma Jean of Colorado, Lorretta of Michigan, Peggy Sue of California, Kathy of Colorado, 2 brothers, Joseph "Zip" Jackson of Bend, Delbert Jackson of California, sister, Betty Jean of Illinois, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by several husbands.No service is planned.Arrangements by Smith Lund Mills Funeral Chapel.
