Joe's passion is all things saltwater.He's an avid sailor who's lived near the ocean all his life.He's even on the ocean--for 14 years his home was a converted PT boat from World War II moored in Long Island Sound.Joe was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut.He graduated with a degree in business and worked in Fleet Bank's private banking and trust department.In 1994, he went into real estate full time."That banking background helps me with the finance side," he says."Some clients have no idea how that part works, and I can walk them through it."Still, Joe's practice spans the market.Many of his clients are baby boomers his age, who love the water as he does."I know what they're looking for," he says, "a vacation home they can rent out occasionally, something wonderful they will want to retire to in a few years."Joe also has experience in property management and development.In the process, he gained a thorough knowledge of house construction.Joe says it's this background that helps him intelligently assess the market and effectively guide his clients.He lives in Northport.On the water.Of course.
