Kruger received her J.D. in 2001 from Yale Law School.While there, she was editor-in-chief of The Yale Law Journal.Ms. Kruger received her A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College.After law school, Ms. Kruger served as a judicial clerk to Judge David S. Tatel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and then to Associate Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court.
