Kim's seven years' experience includes positions as a media planner and buyer for Vee Corporation and Haworth Marketing & Media in Minnesota.Her media planning history has helped her garner the skill set and knowledge to successfully direct and manage High Tide Creative's media department.Kim has worked on major national accounts such as Target, Mervyns California, Marshall Fields, Johnsonville Brats and Sesame Street Live.

In her role at High Tide Creative, Kim researches and develops strategic media plans to meet project objectives; and implements, coordinates and negotiates all media placements on behalf of the client.She maintains good vendor relationships in order to negotiate the best rates, added value and new avenues for the agency's clients.Kim also serves in the overall management of the agency.
