Doug KrugerDoug Kruger has been working for the Walt Disney Company for 22 years in 15 different capacities.He began his Disney career as an Attractions Host at Disneyland Park, working in the Fantasyland area.After a brief two-year stint as a High School teacher in a nearby district, he began his Disneyland Resort management career in Food Operations at the Plaza Inn, inside Disneyland Park.These foundations as an operator and operations manager have served him well over his diverse training career.

After gaining much insight and experience, he transferred to the Employee Relations division to work with the Disneyland Cast Members in a department called Cast Activities.There his main focus was employee retention and morale through special events, sports programs and recognition efforts.

One of his next assignments took him to the Disney University, where he trained over 1200 new and future Disney Leaders through the Disneyland Leadership Development Program, Leader's Pathway.He was an important link to the culture, competencies and leadership behaviors expected of the Disneyland Resort leadership team.

He is currently the E.A.R.s Program Manager, responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our Experiential Activities and Recreation (E.A.R.s) program, bringing the Disney magic to life for our business and convention Guests from around the world.

In his various roles throughout The Disneyland Resort as a trainer, coach, facilitator and Cast Member advocate, Doug has a depth of experience and passion for the Disney product.
