Amy Krug from Dream Town Realty made it much easier.She first assisted me in finding the property.Then when the count-down began, she stayed with me and ensured that everything came together.

More ... I think even Amy was surprised when the listing agent asked me how long I had been looking and I replied that this was the condo number 52. She thought I was exaggerating.I wasnýýýt.
Amy never rushed me to take something that wasnýýýt exactly what I was looking forýýýwhich was a condo that had an alternative layout that I could actually afford.
I think she was completely prepared to continue looking despite the fact that my availability inevitably landed on a day it was 20 degrees and sleeting outside.She was wonderfully professional and even more importantly a real trooper.Her services have extended from the initial search right down to sending me a list of things to do for my move.

Amy was honestly super to work with..As a 1st time buyer, buying new construction, in a difficult credit market, it seemed like there were endless obstacles the entire way through.Even in negotiating price/upgrades it was like pushing against a stone wall dealing with the developer, but Amy was collected the entire time and always seemed to know just how much to push back to keep things moving along.She never made me wait for an email/phone response and was always available to answer any questions/concerns I had..Aside from her business sense, she is very easy to relate too ... very personable and sincere.I absolutely would use her again, and definitely recommend her to any prospective buyer..
