   MEGHAN KRSEK Meghan Krsek Meghan Krsek is the Controller of K&A. In this capacity she is responsible for all internal accounting and financial management for K&A. She works closely with the accounting firm of Brotemarkle, Davis & Co. in the annual preparation of all financial reporting and tax filings for K&A.
   
   Meghan is also responsible for all investment and portfolio performance reporting. She currently uses Centerpiece Software, developed by Schwab Performance Technologies to provide accurate and timely investment performance measurement for the portfolio managers at K&A; as well as timely performance reporting to clients of K&A.

   Prior to joining K&A, Mrs. Krsek was controller for Dalla Terra, a Napa, CA company that imports specialty Italian wines to the United States for distribution.
   
   Professional memberships include the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA). She is also a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. On an ongoing basis, Meghan gives back to her community through personal involvement and the dedication of her firm's resources. When she is not assisting the partners or keeping abreast of new accounting and tax issues, she enjoys participating in global coral reef research and spending time with her family and friends. She has traveled the world photographing life under the sea.
   
   Mrs. Krsek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Sonoma State University in Sonoma, CA.
