Mr. Kronquist is chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Davis & Kuelthau, s.c.He provides service in all aspects of selling, buying and leasing commercial real estate, including negotiating construction contracts, establishing condominiums, and advising condominium and homeowner's associations.He also concentrates his practice on real estate development and permitting matters such as zoning and subdivision approvals and other related governmental approvals, including the preparation and negotiation of development agreements.In addition to private sector clients, Mr. Kronquist frequently serves as special counsel to towns, villages and cities on land use and development issues such as annexations, incorporations, boundary and other intergovernmental agreements, zoning code amendments, and "smart growth" plans.Outside of the area of real estate, he also works with clients on matters involving general business law and federal election and campaign issues.He is advisor to and legal counsel for Congressman Paul Ryan.

Kronquist, who specializes in real estate, business and corporate law, often acts as special counsel to municipalities on zoning, subdivision, other development and border agreement matters.

Timothy E. Kronquist , DePaul 1995 , has joined the Milwaukee office of Davis & Kuelthau S.C. as an associate and member of the business and corporate law section.His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions , financing and developments , structuring §1031 tax deferred exchanges , zoning and subdivision matters , general business law , and federal election and campaign issues.He is an advisor to and legal counsel for Congressman Paul Ryan and the Ryan for Congress Committee.
