Frank Kronenberg will address critical issues of raising awareness about the political nature of the health and wellbeing of people across cultures, and the need to develop political-reasoning skills. He will provide case examples as storytelling models that describe how occupational therapy principles might be applied in rural and large community settings. You will be drawn in as Mr. Kronenberg describes a project with children in Tibet who are blind or have a visual impairment and by his examples of other "SPIRIT of SURVIVORS- Occupational Therapists Without Borders" initiatives in Guatemala, the Georgia and Caucus regions of Russia, and Africa, which sparked enthusiasm for life.
