  John represents Commercial Office Buildings of lower Manhattan and Brooklyn
  
  John Kramer, Treasurer of Local 94 and Business Representative for the Downtown area. He has been a member of Local 94 for 26 years.
  
  John was born and raised in Woodside, Queens attending St. Sebastian's Grammar School. While a student at Rice High School he worked as a summer helper for Delphi Air Conditioning Corp. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he attended Apex Technical School.
  
  His career in Local 94 started in 1978, at the World Trade Center as a helper, then engineer. From there he worked as an engineer at 810 7th Avenue, 250 West 57th Street and 800 3rd Avenue. It was during that time, in 1984, he was appointed to the Executive Board as a Trustee. He became a Chief Engineer at 875 3rd Avenue in 1986.
  
  In 1995 he became a Business Agent Representing the Dept of Education workers. He has been married to his wife Jan for 24 years, has four sons and resides in Orange County, N.Y.
