John grew up one of 6 boys in Fort Wayne, IN. Prior to joining Talbot, John spent 10 years in Des Moines, IA, where he worked and attended school.John graduated from Drake University with two degrees: Insurance and Marketing.He worked for a large agency in Des Moines from 2000 to 2003, where he specialized in marketing difficult to place large accounts.He has earned the distinguished CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation and is more than half way to his C.P.C.U. (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation.
John and his wife Lori moved to the Jackson area 45 days after their wedding.They both love the mountains and the short drive to Yellowstone.John enjoys golfing, snowboarding, fly fishing, and hiking with Lori and their two yellow labs.
John joined Talbot-BHJ in Jackson in December, 2002, is licensed in all lines and specializes in commercial insurance.
