Joe Kramer is one of founders of DRx.He holds BS degrees in Bacteriology and Pharmacy and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois.He has served as a staff Bacteriologist at the Illinois Department of Public Health and a chemist at Swift & Company.He also owned three retail stores in Chicago.In addition to his duties at DRx, Mr. Kramer serves as an Assistant Professor in Pharmacology at University of Illinois.
