Soonkack Kook is Vice President of Process Management.He is responsible for leading the software development team who support the Shiftbay Ô technology.Prior to joining the Shiftbay Ô team, Mr. Kook was a Database Administrator and Software Developer with Berry Healthcare and Diamed where he was responsible for the development and administration of multiple on-line tools for staffing, referral development, patient tracking and billing services.Mr. Kook graduated with a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
