Anargiros N. ("Jerry") Kontos

Mr. Kontos joined Wolfe & Associates in 2004, having practiced in Washington, D.C. for the preceding four years.Mr. Kontos has significant experience in business, corporate, administrative and antitrust law.

Prior to joining Wolfe & Associates, Mr. Kontos practiced with the Federal Maritime Commission and in private general practice.Mr. Kontos is active civically with Kernersville Kiwanis, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Forsyth County, as well as the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Winston-Salem.

Mr. Kontos enjoys many outdoor activities, ranging from basketball to long-distance running.

While Mr. Kontos continues to practice in many areas of the law, emphasis in his practice includes Corporate Law, Municipal Law, and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Kontos received his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the George Washington University School of Law in 1999.In addition, he received his M.T.A. in Sports Management from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management in 2003.

Mr. Kontos was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2004, and is licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts (2000) and the District of Columbia (2000) and also licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of North Carolina (2004).He is a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.
