Don Koch gave his report on the "State of the Association" recapping the past year (see report following) stating we had another successful year.

Don recapped the Treasurer's Report in Mark Zippo's absence indicating we had a 2005 year end balance of $12,889, income of $12,690, and expenses of $8,984 for a 2006 year end balance of $16,595.

Don Koch, President, reported that your association has again had a very successful year.

Our outgoing Treasurer (and new President), Don Koch, gave a summary of the association,s financial position.He showed that, as our membership has grown, our funds available have also grown to support the organization,s programs.The treasury grew during 2003 from a beginning of $2600 in January to $10,222 at the end of the year, with $12,745 of income more than offsetting $5123 of expenses.Don,s projections for the year of 2004 show the corporation,s balance staying nearly constant, with an estimated $11,000 in income and nearly the same amount in expenses.

Don is very pleased with the work of our administrator Brenda Locke who monitors town happenings, sends frequent emails to members keeping them informed, monitors town real estate lists, and sends mailings for our dues.
