Nathan Koble Joins NAM in Newly-Created Internet Strategies Post

WASHINGTON, D.C., August 14, 2006 - Nathan Koble has joined the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) in the newly-created position of Director of Internet Strategies.
In this capacity, Koble will spearhead the NAM's efforts to further advance the messages of America's manufacturing community via the Internet and other forms of new media.He will also supervise the NAM's Web team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the NAM Web site, www.nam.org.
Before joining the NAM, Koble worked for Lockheed-Martin on assignment at the National Institute of Justice, where he directed the agency's push to embrace podcasts, RSS, blog outreach, Webcasts and other new media; and collaborated with Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government to launch a Web portal and a series of Webinars on innovations in government.

Koble also was a journalist with The Clarion Call and Brown Thompson Newspapers.He earned his Master's Degree in Communications and Information Systems from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.
