Meg Knuth-WallsPharmacy Production Supervisor
In her role as Pharmacy Production Supervisor, Meg oversees the operations of the non-clinical support staff at NeighborCare - Madison.This staff includes the pharmacy technicians, order entry personnel, billing staff and couriers.
Meg started with NeighborCare, then IPS, as a Pharmacy Technician fourteen years ago while attending UW-Madison.After completing her Sociology and Social Welfare degrees, Meg continued on at the pharmacy in the roles of Medicare Part B Compliance Representative and Manager of Billing and Collections prior to assuming her current responsibilities.
Meg took her first job in a retail pharmacy at the age of 12, and was mentored by her father, a pharmacist.Meg's dad taught her the most important and enduring lesson of her career, "The customer is always right".This principle guides her day-to-day interactions with all customers, internal and external.In virtually all cases, she has found that communication is the key to better service and decreased errors.
