   ... has been employed at Delta College as a part-time instructor since 1989 teaching primarily biology classes. He is also employed as a part-time instructor at Lodi Unified School District and at Sacramento City college (since 1995).
   
   He has a Masters Degree from CSU, Sacramento, and is presently a graduate student at the University of the Pacific.
   
   At Delta College, he has been active as an Academic Senate Senator for Part-time Faculty; a Part-time Faculty Committee member; Affirmative Action Review Committee member; Articulation Representative for the Science & Math Division; and has been a contributor to The Beacon, the part-time faculty newsletter.
   
   Robert is also a member of the Valley Area Scientific Teachers Association.
